Our Leadership Team:

Boaz Shonfeld, President and CEO
Mr. Shonfeld founded Shonfeld’s in 1995 while traveling in China. He has since served as the Company’s Chief Executive Officer, focusing heavily on the Company’s strategic direction. Mr. Shonfeld brought with him extensive experience in managing operations engaged in overseas sourcing from the Far East, particularly in terms of specialty food items. Prior to founding Shonfeld’s, Mr. Shonfeld spent five years in China as the head of Tekwise Ltd., a Hong Kong company engaged in the import of food items from China.
Mr. Shonfeld served for three years in the Israeli military, during which time he founded the retail company (“Ricochet”), which has since grown to become one of Israel’s leading retail brands. Mr. Shonfeld has been a member of the Young Presidents Organization (“YPO”) since 1999, and currently serves on the Southern California Chapter Board. Mr. Shonfeld has participated in numerous executive management programs including Columbia Business School (Executive Program) and the M.I.T. (BOG Program), which he has consistently attended over the past five years.  Mr. Shonfeld was a finalist for Ernst & Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year in 2005 and 2006. 

Rob Neable, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer
Robert Neable, C.M.A., has joined Shonfeld’s USA in the capacity of Chief Financial Officer.  Responsible for all Financial Control, Risk Management and Decision Support operations of the business. 
Rob's most recent position was CFO of Beta Brands Limited, a manufacturer and retailer of candy, chocolate, crackers and gift products.  His responsibilities included the oversight of all aspects of financial management for the company. Prior to this role, he managed and led all functions of the Finance and MIS departments of Intertec Systems, a Canadian automotive component supplier. He brings with him over 15 years of manufacturing and financial leadership.
